Description:
The Clark Enersen Partners Science and Research Design Group is providing laboratory planning, architectural, and engineering services for the remodel of Wubben Hall and for the addition of approximately 41,846 GSF of new construction in a four-story structure west of Wubben Hall. The project requires the demolition of Medesy Hall for the new addition and significant site and mechanical issues are being addressed in the renovation. This project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification at a minimum.
