Description:
The 30,000 GSF renovation of the east packaging facility at Novartis Consumer Health included both liquid and dry packaging lines as well as packaging support spaces. Support spaces include a packaging technical services laboratory, a production technology laboratory, and general administrative offices.
Competing pharmaceutical companies from around the world have toured this facility because of its innovative solutions to complex sterile packaging problems. The solutions that The Science and Research Design Group envisioned made this facility one of the most advanced pharmaceutical packaging facilities in the world when it opened.
The Science and Research Design Group has an on-going relationship with Novartis and has provided its services to various projects for this facility including a solid dosage facility shell package, solid manufacturing facility upgrades, and accompanying studies.
