Description:
The Clark Enersen Partners provided architecture and engineering services for the new $56.6 million Health Sciences Building in Kansas City, Missouri. The building was completed for the fall term of 2007 and provides UMKC a new state-of-the-art teaching and research facility for the Schools of Pharmacy and Nursing on its Hospital Hill Campus. The new building alleviates some of the critical professional staff shortages that the region is experiencing as well as incorporating an additional 65,000 GSF of shelll space for future laboratory and animal facilities.
